Some lady just called my work. She was looking at a PDF file we have on our website and asked me if she can print just a few pages of it...or does she have to print the whole thing.
I was really close to giving her the phone number for tech support at Adobe.
Seriously?
OMG, I completely understand. I get calls all day for my job. The other day I had a lady who had know clue how to open a word document, how to save a word document, and was asking me. I don't know what version she has nor should I have to help her with that. We are not tech support for Microsoft!!!
